- Managing recruitment’s bulk hiring with stipulated time-lines.
- Publish the JD at various Job portals, Walk in leads and Induction Leads.
Sourcing Profiles through various sources like Job portals & Walk in leads.
- Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications.
- Evaluate shortlisted candidate by conducting first level interview.
- Responsible for end to end recruitment within the stipulated aggressive time-lines & building the talent pipeline for the businesses to achieve the hiring targets.
- Handling end to end vendor management, consultants negotiation & timely payments.
- Making sure of all the talent acquisition is timely updated in Hire craft software and reports are aligned to it are also accurate.
- Ensure that every candidate has a positive interview experience, regardless of outcome
- Limited experience at consultancy preferred;
- Great interpersonal communication skills;
- Keen eye for spotting data trends;
- Great analytical skills;
- A keen grasp of information technology;
- Professional demeanor;
- Personal accountability and strong work ethic;
- Professional, able to interact with vendors/clients;
- Positive, “can do” attitude.
- Should have good knowledge of different technological skill set hiring within the TAT.
Should be self-motivated and take ownership of the entire recruiting process.
Should possess excellent sourcing, screening and negotiation skill.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
